limited liability company (“Swiftedly,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing the Website, submitting information, or engaging our services, you acknowledge
that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not use our Website or services.

2. Eligibility

Swiftedly is not a lender, bank, credit card issuer, or financial institution, and does not
make lending decisions or guarantee approvals, terms, interest rates, or funding amounts.


4. No Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice

All information provided by Swiftedly is for general informational purposes only and should not
be construed as legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. You are encouraged to consult
qualified professionals before making financial decisions.


5. Fees & Payment Terms
Certain services provided by Swiftedly are subject to fees, which will be disclosed to you prior to
engagement.
By purchasing services, you authorize Swiftedly to charge the agreed-upon fees using the
payment method provided.


6. Refund & Cancellation Policy


● No refunds are provided for services once they have been completed.
● Customers may cancel their agreement until midnight of the third (3rd) business day
following execution of the agreement.
● Cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@swiftedly.com within the applicable
time period.
After the cancellation window expires, all fees are considered earned and non-refundable.


7. User Responsibilities


You agree to:
● Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information
● Maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials
● Use the Website and services only for lawful purposes
You may not use the Website in a manner that interferes with its operation or violates applicable
laws.


8. Intellectual Property

11. Arbitration & Dispute Resolution


Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services
provided by Swiftedly shall be resolved by binding arbitration conducted in the State of
Wyoming, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
● Arbitration may be conducted virtually, at the election of either party.
● Each party shall bear its own costs unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.
● You waive any right to participate in a class action or class arbitration.


12. Governing Law


These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of
Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.


13. Termination


Swiftedly reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Website or services at any
time, for any reason, without prior notice.


14. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance
of the revised Terms.
