Swiftedly, LLC provides professional business consulting, funding advisory, and related corporate services. Because these services require the allocation of professional time, administrative resources, and operational costs, the following refund policy applies to all service purchases.

Three (3) Business Day Cancellation Period
Clients may cancel their service agreement before midnight of the third (3rd)
business day following the date of purchase, provided that the purchased services
have not already been fully performed or delivered.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to:

If a valid cancellation request is received within the cancellation period and no services
have been rendered, Swiftedly may issue a refund of payments received.

Services Rendered

Once any portion of the purchased services has been initiated, performed, or
completed, those services are non-refundable.
Services are considered rendered once Swiftedly has begun work on behalf of the
client, including but not limited to:

 

• • consultations or advisory sessions

• • strategic planning or analysis

• • preparation or submission of funding applications

• • business formation or corporate filings

• • administrative processing

• • document preparation

• • coordination with third-party providers

Non-Refundable Fees

All fees for services that have been fully rendered are non-refundable.

Because many services involve immediate work and professional labor, refunds cannot
be provided once the service has been completed.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Processing times
may vary depending on the policies of the issuing financial institution and typically
require 5–10 business days.

Chargeback Policy

Clients agree to contact Swiftedly directly to resolve billing questions prior to initiating a
chargeback or payment dispute.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Swiftedly may delay resolution and may
result in suspension or termination of services where permitted by law.
